		<description>I&#039;m glad I bottled these in splits as this stuff is potent!!!  I broke out a few bottles for holiday get-togethers and it&#039;s definitely a port but also sweet, kind of like a sherry.  Works great as a desert wine.  I don&#039;t care for white chocolate, but this wine is awesome!</description>

		<description>After my first batch of wine and experiencing the fun of working the hand corker that came with my kit I went to the Homebrew Pro Shoppe in Olathe and upgraded to a floor corker.  It might have been around $70, but it&#039;s been a long while and I cannot remember.  The nice thing about a floor corker is that it compresses the corks before they get popped in the bottle so it&#039;s a breeze to bottle a whole batch.  You should see them to the left as soon as you walk in the front door.</description>
